Green Light, Red Light
Run while the caller says green, freeze on red — and the funniest part is holding a silly pose without laughing. Ten minutes of this and small legs are properly tired.
What you need
- An open yard or lawn
- Two sticks or stones to mark the finish
How to play
- Mark a start line and a finish about fifteen steps apart with two stones.
- Stand at the finish with your back turned and call out green.
- Call red and turn around — everyone must freeze exactly as they are.
- Send anyone who is still moving back to the start line.
- Let whoever reaches the finish first become the caller.
- Play one round where red means freeze like a tree and green means run like a hare.
