Domino Chain Across the Room
Twenty dominoes standing on end become a chain that falls one after another. The hard part is the last domino and the steadiest hand of the day.
What you need
- A box of dominoes or small wooden blocks
- A smooth floor or table
- A book to make a small ramp
How to play
- Stand the dominoes on end in a line, one finger-width apart.
- Test the gap with three dominoes first and adjust it.
- Curve the line around a chair leg to make a proper bend.
- Leave one gap in the middle so half the chain survives a mistake.
- Count down together and tip the first domino over.
- Rebuild it longer and add a step up onto a book.
